ROB BLISSETT, ENGD
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Blissett is technical director at MTE with ten years experience within both chemical and formulation engineering functions in academia and industry.
​
He has extensive experience of designing and building models in MS Excel using VBA to provide custom functionality. He has developed modelling solutions for engineering, physical sciences, and venture finance applications.
More recently Dr. Blissett has applied these skills in the area of health economic modeling specializing in the optimization of VBA code to implement health economic analysis.
In addition to VBA, he has also built or modified models developed using a variety of languages.

Deirdre Blissett is a seasoned health economist with an extensive understanding of the health sector with ten years in consultancy, academic and commercial roles in the health care sector in the UK.
Deirdre is a competent health economic modeller, experienced in building decision models in Excel and TreeAge across a broad range of therapy areas. In addition to excellent technical skills, Deirdre is an experienced project manager.
She has supported clients prepare economic submissions for health technology assessment as well as advised on their economic evidence generation strategy during the planning stages
